When my sister in law asked me to do some family photos for them, I of course, couldn’t wait! Brynn is at such a great age for photos– and she was telling me all the poses she wanted to do! Love it.

I have been taking Haddie’s photos since she was still in her mommy’s tummy! She is such a fun model, posing like crazy, and always wants to see the photos on my camera. She’s too cute, you guys. She makes my job easy!
      My kids have a HUGE impact on my love of photography. After our son Brayden was born and I bought my first DSLR, I was hooked. I wanted to capture every second. Every big moment, little moment, milestone achieved– everything.
And then I wanted to do that for others, so I started this adventure. As much fun as it is capturing milestones for my own kids, it is almost equally as fun doing it for other families. It’s fun to share my love of being behind the lens with others, and I am so blessed to be able to work with such fun families time after time.
Here is how the photo contest will work: First, submit ANY family photo (doesn’t have to be professional) to julie.sancken@gmail.com. —You MUST submit your photo by March 6th. I will compile all of the entries into one album and publish it Thursday, March 7th. Then, go to my Facebook page, find this image. Share it on your wall so that your friends and family can see! To vote, you or your friends and family MUST “like” my Facebook page and “like” the photo they want to vote for. The contest will run until March 14th. The photo with the most “likes” will win, and the winner receives a free family session! Good luck!
